Courteously and professionally provides prompt and friendly guest care by promoting the sale of products to guests through product demonstration. Works under the direction of the Demo Coordinator to provide excellent guest service through the execution of the Company demonstration program. Follows Company demonstration procedures in accordance with the weekly profit line, sales and tracking records. Ensures Company safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1. Provides genuine and personal guest service at all times.
2. Ensures demonstrations are executed as planned and their expectations are met.
3. Ensures the demo equipment is in good working order at the beginning of each demo event. Accounts for condition and inventories equipment at the end of each event.
4. Completes on-site set up and breakdown and clean-up of demo event space.
5. May cook, prepare, slice and weigh product as necessary for demonstration. Performs general clean-up to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
6. Advertises product over the intercom system.
7. Accurately records in-store use of merchandise; handles damaged/spoiled products according to company policy; rotates ingredients/merchandise according to policy and assists in controlling shrink.
8. Clearly documents and communicates guest’s feedback. Resolves any guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Organize demo event details and documents that information in accordance with defined business process.
10. Establishes and maintains good relationships with guests and vendors.
11. Understands and adheres to all company, state and federal policies, rules and regulations. Ensures that these standards are maintained by all employees.

Qualifications:
* Passion for serving people and creating a guest and team focused work environment.
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet use.
* 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service preferably in the food industry.
* Must obtain a current Washington state food handlers permit.
* Must have a current Washington state driver’s license and have reliable transportation
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and high stress situations.

Responsibilities:
1. Provides friendly and engaged guest care at all times.
2. Supervises, motivates, trains, and participates in the hiring of Fresh Cut personnel. Monitors associate performance and recommends personnel actions such as hiring, firing, layoffs, and disciplinary action.
3. Assists with writing schedules for Fresh Cut crew members in alignment with allotted hours.
4. Prepares fresh fruits and vegetables and salads for the Fresh Cut area. Ensures quality, freshness, selection, and adequate quantity to meet customer demand. Sets up, maintains, and closes the Fresh Cut area according to Company procedures.
5. Stocks, dates, and rotates Fresh Cut products while controlling shrink and costs.

7. Implements correct product preparation techniques. Uses and operates related equipment such as slicers, wrapping machines, mixers, pallet jacks, hand truck, knives, safety cutters, scales, and garbage disposal.
8. Complies with all food and workplace safety rules and regulations.
9. Verifies pricing accuracy and additional display signs.
10. Ensures safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of work area, cooler, and equipment.
11. Assists guests by making product suggestions and engages in suggestive selling.
12. Responsible for rotation of merchandise and maintenance of displays ensuring our products meet our freshness guarantee at all times.
13. Store is open seven days a week and may require weekend, holiday and shift work.

Qualifications:
• Passion for serving people and creating a guest focused work environment.
• Previous supervisory experience desired.
• Math skills necessary, but not limited to calculating sales and discounts.
• Ability to work in cold/wet environment in order to clean and sanitize tools, pots/pans and utensils using cleaning chemicals and detergents without allergic reaction.
• Ability to work around food ingredients, produce and spices without allergic reaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Provides friendly and engaged guest care at all times by acting as the host in the department sharing their recommendations and knowledge of beer and wine products with guests.
2. Actively participates in all phases of service including pouring wine, beer and other beverages as well as plating and serving food products including small bite plates and appetizers.
3. Sells and fills crowlers and growlers using tap and canning systems.
4. Actively participates in accurately scanning and processing monies for all purchases.
5. Responsible for preparing deposits and handling other forms of tender including cash, checks, gift cards, EBT transactions and coupons.
6. Receives product and stocks and maintains inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
7. Assists with coordination and execution of special events for The Pub including, but not limited to, music, beer and wine tastings, art shows and private parties.
8. Rotates merchandise and maintains displays ensuring our products meet our freshness guarantee at all times.
9. Responsible for meeting sanitation standards in all areas of the department including taps, counters, sinks, utensils, coolers, shelves and storage areas. Additionally, will wash and sterilize glassware and clear and reset tables as necessary.
10. Maintains accurate records for damaged/spoiled merchandise in accordance with company policies and procedures.
11. Works towards acquiring product knowledge within the store in order to respond to guest questions and provide informative information about merchandise, specifically in order to make recommendations regarding our in-store wine cellar and beer selection.
12. Stays updated on weekly specials, coupons and other company promotions that encourage an environment that delights our guests.
13. Works in and cultivates a team oriented work environment.
14. Manages loss prevention efforts within the department in order to ensure a safe shopping experience and workplace.
15. Establishment is open seven days a week and may require weekend, holiday and shift work.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience within a wine bar, pub, taproom or similar operation preferred.
* Strong knowledge of restaurant/tasting room operations and service procedures desired.
* Cicerone and/or Sommelier certification desired.
* Strong passion for wine and craft beer culture. Dedicated to serving people and creating a guest focused work environment.
* Knowledge of local and state regulations related to alcohol service and health code compliance.

3. Ensures execution of all entree/prepared food programs at store level.
4. Sustains and elevates level of knowledge/awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends.
5. Controls inventory and maintains current inventory list for department.
6. Keeps regular Purchase Journal.
7. Achieves consistent margin.
8. Works with Corporate leadership to coordinate priorities.
9. Coordinates validation, item authorization, sign making and all Entree related POS maintenance.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
3 years sous chef experience in fine dining, catering business or upscale retail/grocery environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 year Culinary Arts program certificate preferred.
Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyze instructions, correspondence, journals/articles, technical procedures, governmental regulations, financial reports, legal documents, packing lists, manifests, pick sheets/fulfillment orders, inventory count sheets, movement/volume reports.
Ability to create effective written correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one interaction, as well as in meetings/groups where individual participation/presentation may involve guests, associates, Store/Corporate Leadership.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percentages, interpret and create graphs, apply concepts of algebra and geometry, determine test reliability and validity, analyze variance.
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
Work hours will vary to meet business needs on both weekday and weekend days and covering 5 days per week. Position requires flexibility for all shifts and all schedules.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Exceptional communication skills are a primary need with strong organizational skill and follow through.
Must be at least 18 years of age due to equipment use and work environment.
Current State Food Handler™s Permit must be maintained.
